When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order; we may decline or cancel orders due to stock availability or other reasons. If we cancel, you will be refunded.

Full payment must be received before order processing. We accept M‑Pesa and bank transfers. Payment is secure and encrypted.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all regions in Kenya. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third‑party couriers.
